We took a spur of the moment last minute mini vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains for several days. We began our trip with a picnic.
Then we hiked to Grotto Falls. It was a little over a 3 mile round trip and the boys walked the whole way. They loved it and they did so great. They loved the waterfall and they wanted to play in the water but it was very cold. The had a great time.
The next day we did some shopping and then headed to the Wilderness of the Smokies hotel and water park where we spent two days playing in the water and riding slide after slide after slide. When we finally left on Wednesday afternoon boy did we have two tired little boys.
